The St. Louis Cardinals announced this morning that left-handed pitcher Jaime Garcia (left shoulder) has been activated from the 15-day disabled list and is slated to start this afternoon's (1:15 p.m. CDT) series finale against the Atlanta Braves. To make room for Garcia on the team's 25-man active roster, the Cardinals optioned right-handed pitcher Jorge Rondon to Memphis (AAA).
