Former Cardinals Playing In MLB Action 4-7-14: Adam Ottavino Strikes Out Only Batter Faced & Holds Two Runners On; Ryan Ludwick Collects Two Singles, One Walk, & Scores One Run; Albert Pujols Doubles & Scores One Run

Carlos Beltran (former St. Louis-New York-A) started in right field and batted fourth.  1-for-3 with one run, one walk, and one strikeout.

New York-A beat Baltimore 4-2


Albert Pujols (former St. Louis-Anaheim) started at first base and batted third.  1-for-5 with one double and one run.

Anaheim beat Houston 9-1


Nick Punto (former St. Louis-Oakland) entered late in the game as a pinch runner and took over at shortstop, batting second.  One run and one walk.

Oakland beat Minnesota 8-3


Ryan Ludwick (former St. Louis-Cincinnati) started in left field and batted fifth.  2-for-3 with one run and one walk.

St. Louis beat Cincinnati 5-3


Adam Ottavino (former St. Louis-Colorado) entered in the seventh and pitched to one batter.  He allowed no hits or runs, and struck one out.  (p-s:4-3)(ir-s:2-0)

Colorado beat Chicago-A 8-1
