The St. Louis Cardinals announced today that they have recalled left-handed pitcher Tyler Lyons from Memphis (AAA) and that right-handed reliever Jorge Rondon has been optioned to the triple-A club. Lyons will start tonight's series opener against the Mets at New York's Citi Field.
