Posting via his Twitter account, @JMotte30, St. Louis Cardinals reliever Jason Motte updated he threw a simulated game this morning. The session of 20-25 pitches went well according to Motte–who also shared he was riding a light, grey stationary bike and would then shower and eat lunch.
