Gerald Laird (former St. Louis-Atlanta) started at catcher and batted seventh.  2-for-3 with one double, one home run, two RBIs, and one run.

Andrew Brown (former St. Louis-New York-N) entered late in the game in right field and batted fourth.  1-for-2 at the plate.
