Troy Renck: The Colorado Rockies ownership has said they do not want to trade away SS Troy Tulowitzki several times yet listen to teams each time when they come calling, Cardinals will certainly pursue their best options on the free agent or trade markets until there are none left besides SS Pete Kozma or other internal options, the appeal the Cardinals could offer to the Rockies possibly in the form of 1B Matt Adams, SP Shelby Miller, RP Trevor Rosenthal or others (no SP Michael Wacha!!) & Troy rates the Cardinals chances of acquiring Tulowitzki from a percentage standpoint saying they are "well below 50%".
