9. Carlos Beltran, RF, Cardinals — Here’s a prediction: If Beltran does not re-sign with the Cardinals, he would be the ideal DH/occasional outfielder for the Orioles. Certainly, owner Peter Angelos would have to open up the purse strings a tad for a player who would be devastating at Camden Yards, wouldn’t he?
