Carlos Beltran Sees Warning In Penalties; No Hope For Nelly; Tyrell Jenkins Surgery
Cardinals outfielder Carlos Beltran didn’t know what to make of the fact that of the 13 players suspended Monday by Major League Baseball, 12 were from either the Dominican Republic or Venezuela, and the other, Alex Rodriguez, has Latin American heritage.
