Adam Wainwright Apologizes To Mike Matheny; Extra Bases
Cardinals ace Adam Wainwright, upset that manager Mike Matheny had pulled him from Sunday’s game in the seventh inning and disagreeing with his manager’s assessment that he was “laboring,” has apologized to Matheny.
