The St. Louis Cardinals announced that discounted tickets as part of the team's Cards Win, You Save promotion will go on sale today at 10:00 a.m. A select number of tickets normally priced at $19 will be sold for $4 as the team took $3 off for each victory during the most recent homestand series with the Mets and Brewers (5-2).
