Multiple sources including ESPN's Keith Law are reporting that Indiana State University southpaw Sean Manaea was injured this afternoon and removed from today's game without throwing an official pitch. Although the initial word was that Manaea had tweaked the sore hip that bothered him earlier this spring, the Indiana State University Athletic Department reports that Manaea felt shoulder tightness while warming up. The Sycamores went on to defeat the Creighton Blue Jays by a 4-3 score in Missouri Valley Conference Tournament action.
