More Bullpen Changes Could Follow Promotion Of Seth Maness

The Cardinals made the first of what could be multiple moves to try to stop a ”bleeding” bullpen Monday by optioning Marc Rzepczysnki to Memphis and purchasing the contract of Seth Maness.
