Todd McInnis Not Sure Whether He'll Be Used As Starter Or Reliever, But Likes Way Farm System Is Run

McInnis doesn’t know whether he’ll fit in as a starter or reliever, but he’s just happy to be a part of the Cardinals.

“They just develop players,” McInnis said. “I’m not looking to move up fast. I’ll just try to get better with each step. I’ve talked with scouts and everything I heard about the Cardinals is great. They treat their players right.”
