Astros Call Up Brian Esposito

Towles was struck violently in the third inning by a foul ball off his face mask for the second time in three innings Friday, opening a cut on his chin and forcing him to leave the game. He likely will miss a few games, which forced the Astros to call up catcher Brian Esposito as insurance.
