Padres Sign 20-Year Old Dominican Right-Handed Pitcher Roberto Ramirez
The San Diego Padres agree to terms with Roberto Ramirez for $50,000. After some good outings during the season and a good showing during the first DPL All-Star game in January, the 20 yr old Ramirez earned a spot on the D.P.L Elite Travel Team.
