Inside Baseball: Offense Has Been Better, But Is That Enough To Win?
When General Manager John Mozeliak talked about the 2011 season last winter, his stated goal was to improve the Cardinals’ offense – “deepening” the lineup so all of the burden for run production would not fall on the shoulders of Albert Pujols and Matt Holliday.
