Brian Falkenborg Placed On Inactive List With Shoulder Stiffness

Brian Falkenborg was taken off the active roster today with stiffness in his right elbow. Falkenborg complained of discomfort in his elbow during a bullpen session on Thursday. Koji Akiyama told reporters that he'll be shutdown for about 3 days and that they were hopeful he'd be able to return to the active roster within 10 days. Falkenborg will not be sent down to the Ni-gun facilities and will instead stay with the team.
