Scouts Corner: Shortstop Yairo Munoz
Yairo is a 16 year old SS from Cabrera, Dominican Republic; He’s 6’0, 168lb, well proportioned, Lg frame, with room to develop his athletic body. Yairo works out in Santo Domingo with a former NY Yankees infield instructor Rafael Jimenez known in the Dominican Republic as “La Magia” The Magician. Jimenez is really high on Yairo’s abilities and work ethic and considers him the top SS on the island.
