Memphis To Host Town Hall Meeting

The Memphis Redbirds will hold a town hall-style meeting Monday, followed by a "Bird Watching" day on Tuesday to get fans ready for the 2011 season opener against the Oklahoma City RedHawks at 7 p.m. on Thursday.

The town-hall meeting will begin at 6 p.m. at AutoZone Park and will give fans a chance to ask questions to coaches, players and business management, as well as provide an opportunity to see improvements to AutoZone Park. For the second year in a row, "Bird Watching" will allow fans to see a Redbirds practice. Weather permitting, the open practice will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Free hot dogs, nachos and soda will be provided.
