Alderson said Tuesday that the weekend diagnosis of Jason Isringhausen’s back trouble “was a little bit of an overreaction on our part.” Alderson explained that Isringhausen, who left an extended spring game on Sunday, was still on schedule to make his regular appearances during this two-week period.
