Chris Carpenter Aims To Extend Streak Vs. Bucs
The message coming from both dugouts is clear: Albert Pujols is fine.
Pujols started the season 2-for-16 and was in the lineup again on Tuesday against the Pirates, rather than getting a day off. He went 1-for-2, including the game-winning RBI in a 3-2 victory and should be back in the lineup Wednesday.
