Spring Valley (S.C.) High School right-hander Taylor Guerrieri is one of the top prep arms in this year's draft, showing huge velocity with a knockout curveball and a good frame. I've had scouts tell me he has the best raw stuff of any high school pitcher in this draft and most of the cross-checkers and directors I've talked to have him as a top-15 talent in this draft.
