Kyle McClellan capped off a brilliant spring with one more outstanding performance.
McClellan, who permitted two runs in the entirely of the Grapefruit League season, held the Mets to one run on three hits over six innings on Sunday. He struck out five and walked two in his last Spring Training tuneup before his first Major League start. McClellan will take the ball on April 5 against the Pirates, in the Cardinals' fifth game of the regular season.
