Cardinals Game In Springfield Called Off

The St. Louis Cardinals have an exhibition game scheduled here Tuesday with the Florida Marlins, although they had planned to use their Triple-A Memphis team in that game. The big leaguers were to go to Class AA Springfield for a game Tuesday, but that game just has been cancelled because of impending bad weather in Springfield, Mo.,
The St. Louis Cardinals on Monday canceled their exhibition game against Double-A Springfield that was set for Tuesday night at Hammons Field, citing an ominous weather forecast.
The St. Louis Cardinals announced that they are cancelling the exhibition game against the team's Double-A Affiliate Springfield Cardinals scheduled for tomorrow night, March 29th due to forecasted inclement weather.
