Brian Taller Suffers Groin Injury, May Miss Opener
St. Louis Cardinals lefthanded reliever Brian Tallet, who hasn't pitched since Saturday, was on the list to pitch Thursday at Port St. Lucie, Fla., but he suffered a groin strain running before the game. Tallet was scratched from that game and he didn't even make the trip here for tonight's game with the Washington Nationals.
