Manager Tony La Russa just posted the lineup for the Cardinals' Grapefruit League opener at Roger Dean Stadium. Lance Berkman is in there. David Freese isn't. Jon Jay is starting in center field rather than Colby Rasmus and Gerald Laird is catching lefthander Raul Valdes rather than Yadier Molina.
