Chris Carpenter, Kyle Lohse Set To Face Hitters For First Time
The ritual posting of the schedule each morning on a corkboard in the major-league clubhouse always gathers a crowd. Manager Tony La Russa's schedule is not the easiest to read for a newbie -- it's part Rosetta Stone, part Beautiful Mind, part swing-set assembly directions -- and most of the vets know just to look for clues.
