The Houston Astros have reached one-year contract agreements Thursday afternoon with first baseman Brett Wallace ($418,000), reliever Jeff Fulchino ($467,000) and right-hander David Carpenter ($414,000), according to Zachary Levine of the Houston Chronicle.
