Albert Pujols, Lance Berkman, Matt Holliday Ready For Grapefruit Opener

St. Louis Cardinals manager Tony La Russa has not finalized the lineup for the club's Grapefruit League opener Monday against the Florida Marlins, but he's got a good idea about some of the regulars who will play.
