Rating The 2011 Hall Candidates On Win Shares
Four ex-St. Louis Cardinals are on the ballot, but none is forecasted to be elected into the Hall of Fame in 2011. They are Mark McGwire, Lee Smith and first-timers Larry Walker and Tino Martinez.
