Tony Valentin & Carlos Rivera Failed Drug Tests Due To Prescription Drugs
The president of the Baseball Federation of Puerto Rico (FBPR), Israel Roldán, said the positive result in doping tests thrown by the players José "Tony" Valentin and Carlos Rivera in the 2009 World Cup was due to a type of drug ingested both players due to injury before the tournament.
