Roberto De La Cruz Just Misses Out On Baseball America's GCL Top 20 Prospects
The same goes for Roberto de la Cruz, a third baseman who signed with the Cardinals for $1.1 million in 2008. He showed impressive power in his second GCL stint, but still doesn't make enough contact. He barely missed the cut.
