Matt Holliday On The Fast Lane 9-28-10

Cardinals OF Matt Holliday joins the show.

As a team our offense has come up short for where we want to be. Personally I have had a good year. Rammer went on to point out that Holliday struck out under 100 times this year. Holliday went on to say that this year he’s has choked up a little bit and just tried to put the ball in play. Holliday said it’s a blessing to be able to be playing professional baseball even the way things turned out this year. He thinks that if this team could have stayed healthy the outcome would have been different. Holliday went on to give high praise to Wainwright, Carpenter, Garcia, Rasmus and of course Pujols. If they can add a piece this off season they will be ready to contend for the World Series again. Holliday said it’s a personal decision for TLR about next year.
