What to do with Kyle Lohse? With all due respect to Kyle, I can't imagine why the Cardinals would plug him into their rotation, and into a division race, until he shows he can get minor-league hitters out. The stakes are too high to have a pitchers making spring-training caliber starts in the majors in August. Sorry.
