Albert Pujols Hits 30th Homer To Extend Own Record

If it's August, Albert Pujols must be making a run. If the opposing pitcher is Ryan Dempster, and it's August, forget it.
Albert Pujols has done something no other hitter in major-league history ever has done. His 30th home run, in the first inning Sunday at Busch Stadium, marked the 10th straight season from the start of his career that Pujols had hit at least 30 homers, extending his own major league record for such consistent productivity.
