Despite scoring eight runs, the River Bandits were unable to top the Fort Wayne TinCaps falling 10-8 on Sunday at Modern Woodmen Park. Quad Cities fell behind 2-0 in the first inning but they were able to take a 4-3 lead after scoring four in the third. The TinCaps answered with six runs in the fourth and held on to their lead through the remaining five innings.

About the only thing missing from the circus Sunday night at Modern Woodmen Park was a tent.
