Indians Option Jess Todd To Triple-A

In the short-term, the Indians will go with a bloated, eight-man bullpen, as the relief corps was burned out by Talbot's early exit and Fausto Carmona's equally short start a night earlier. Jess Todd has been optioned back to Triple-A Columbus, and both Jensen Lewis and Justin Germano are coming up from Columbus to join the bullpen.
