Three out of every five days, the Cardinals get spoiled by sending one of the best starting pitchers in baseball to the mound. And on the other two days in that cycle, they have to work for everything they get. St. Louis will sharpen its work ethic again Saturday, when struggling veteran Jeff Suppan will take the ball against Houston and face off against fellow right-hander Brett Myers.
