A rain show that just passed through downtown St. Louis has caused an expected delay of 15 minutes for tonight’s game between the St. Louis Cardinals and Oakland Athletics. As the grounds crew removed the tarp from the field, the Cardinals announced that the new start time for tonight’s game has been pushed back from 6:15 p.m. to 6:30 p.m, pending any more rain in the area.
