The Cardinals have no complaints about the end results they've gotten from Jaime Garcia lately. But Garcia, and the club, would like for the lefty to be able to last a little longer in games.

The Cardinals’ new-look lineup remained intact for at least one more game.

Manager Tony La Russa stuck with essentially the same batting order for Tuesday night’s game against the Seattle Mariners. There were two minor changes. Second baseman Skip Schumaker replaced Felipe Lopez in the lead-off spot and starter Jeff Suppan hit eighth.
