Matt Holliday was booed in the 8th inning in Wednesday’s 2-1 loss to Seattle after striking out with two out and the tying run on third base. In Philadelphia or New York, this is nothing, just another day at the yard. In St. Louis, it’s unusual when a Cardinal gets booed because St. Louis fans are admired for their civility and manners.
