St. Louis native and first baseman Ryan Howard and the Philadelphia Phillies have reportedly agreed to a deal that eclipses one St. Louis Cardinals’ contract while continuing to define the stratosphere the club will have to visit to sign the St. Louis’ favorite first baseman, Albert Pujols.
