J.D. Drew said after the Red Sox' 2-1 win over the Blue Jays that he was stricken with another case of vertigo Sunday night and early Monday. It is a condition that the outfielder has suffered through at various times in his career, with the last bout coming at the end of May, 2008, forcing him to miss a game. Drew said the symptoms had subsided enough by game time Monday that he was able to play, and by Tuesday's first pitch the problem had dissipated.
