In this morning’s Post-Dispatch, there’s an article exploring how Felipe Lopez will play a whole bunch of positions for the St. Louis Cardinals this spring. But how he wins playing time could actually have just as much to do with where he hits in the lineup. Lopez appears to be a fit for the No. 2 spot, a place in the lineup that is quietly unoccupied this spring and looking for a tenant.
