The St. Louis Cardinals notified lefty Rich Hill this morning that he is being reassigned to Class AAA Memphis, where he will join the rotation and look to regain his command there. Hill was to pitch in a Triple-A game on Monday, but all of the minor-league games were rained out for the Cardinals.
