Four of the righthanded hitters competing for a spot on the St. Louis Cardinals bench are in the starting lineup today, against the Washington Nationals. That includes one rookie looking to hit his way on the bench, two hitters who already have major-league time and are trying to get back, and one who, according to a Cardinals official, has done all he needs to in the minors.
