Back in October I floated the idea
to Tony LaRussa
to auction off the chance for a lucky fan to manage a Cardinals game for his ARF charity. This idea was actually used, not for ARF, but for the Albert Pujols Foundation
. As we all should know by now Chicago White Sox pitcher Mark Buehrle won the auction and then passed
on the winnings to a girl by the name of Mickey Cunningham
who has Down's syndrome. Congrats to her and her family.
