Tonight's third game of the National League Division Series between the Cardinals and Los Angeles Dodgers will be the 131st postseason game, long ago a record, to be managed by the Dodgers' Joe Torre. That figure is astounding when one considers that Torre, who appeared in 2,209 games as a player without ever playing in the postseason, had managed only three postseason games by the time he was 56 years old.
