Jason Marquis (Rockies):
Marquis is 5-8 with a 4.50 ERA against the Brewers in 18 career appearances, 15 of them starts. Craig Counsell (9-for-29), Jason Kendall (7-for-23), J.J. Hardy (8-for-21), Mike Cameron (6-for-18), Corey Hart (6-for-14) and Ryan Braun (4-for-11) all own batting averages better than .300 against the right-hander.

Dan Haren (Diamondbacks):
Dan Haren was asked to sum up the season after making his final home start Saturday night. "It hasn't gone the way I wanted it to," he said. "Personally, it's been a pretty good year for me, but I don't like being on a losing team. It's no fun -- especially the last few weeks have been real rough." Haren is 14-9 with a 3.02 ERA in 32 starts. His final start of the year will be Thursday in San Francisco when he faces off against Tim Lincecum.

Ronnie Belliard (Dodgers):
After Sunday's loss to the Pirates, manager Joe Torre said infielder Ronnie Belliard came out of the game with a slight strain of the left groin and confirmed that starter Vicente Padilla would pitch out of the bullpen the final week of the season.
