Ryan Ludwick Is Being Quietly Productive; Chris Carpenter Then Mitchell Boggs; Ryan Franklin Looks For 30 Saves

Amid the plaudits due Albert Pujols and the excitement over new Cardinals cleanup hitter Matt Holliday, gone unnoticed perhaps is the fact that a Cardinals hitter besides Pujols is likely to have 100 runs batted in this year. For a second season in succession, that would be right fielder Ryan Ludwick, who after Friday has 74 RBIs and 45 games left to get 26 more.
